  • Communication with third parties on the client’s behalf

Once services have commenced, service fees are generally non-refundable, as they reflect professional time, expertise, and resources already utilized—unless otherwise agreed in writing or required under applicable law.

Third-Party Fees

Refunds do not apply to payments made to third parties, including but not limited to:

  • Embassy appointments fee

  • Embassy or consulate fees

  • Visa application centre (VAC) charges

  • Biometric fees

  • Airline ticket costs

  • Hotel bookings or travel reservations

  • Courier or logistics charges

  • Medical examination or travel insurance fees

  • Translation, notarisation, or certification services

Service Outcomes

Vista Valleys Travel & Tourism does not guarantee outcomes. Therefore, refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Visa refusals or rejections

  • Delays in processing
